Marilyn's Bio
Marilyn has been with the company for 21 years. She is our licensed abstractor and title examiner. She previously worked 27 years in the banking industry, and has a wide range of experience in consumer, agriculture, commercial, and residential real estate lending. Marilyn has volunteered as a teacher for Home Stretch workshops for first time home buyers. She has been a member of the Hutchinson Ambassadors, Dollars for Scholars, McLeod County 4-H program, and Parents for Seniors. She is kept busy with various church and community organizations. With Marilyn’s work experience and involvement in the community, we are confident she will be able to help with all your real estate needs. Stefanie's Bio
Stefanie will be the first face you see when visiting our office. She greets clients and cheerfully answers and directs phone calls. The majority of Stefanie’s time is spent assisting with the Abstracting department. She is eager to help you with finding answers to questions you may have as she continues to learn all there is to know in the abstract and title industry. Stefanie keeps busy with her daughter, as she plays soccer and t-ball throughout the year. She enjoys fishing with her husband and spending time with her family and friends. Stefanie is a graduate of Ridgewater College with a diploma in Sales and Marketing.
