Meet Our Team

Marilyn has been with the company for over 21 years and has recently retired but is still working part-time.  She is a licensed abstractor and title expert with experience in consumer, agriculture, commercial, and residential real estate lending.  Marilyn has volunteered as a teacher for Home Stretch workshops for first time home buyers. She has been a member of the Hutchinson Ambassadors, Dollars for Scholars, McLeod County 4-H program, and Parents for Seniors. She keeps busy with various church and community organizations.

Stefanie is our Office Manager, Title Examiner and Abstractor.  She joined McLeod County Abstract and Title over 3 years ago as a licensed abstractor.  She enjoys fishing with her husband, going to her daughter’s soccer and softball games, and spending time with family and friends. Stefanie is a graduate of Ridgewater College with a diploma in Sales and Marketing.  She also has over 20 years of customer service experience.  Stefanie is eager to help you find answers to any questions you may have as she continues to learn and grow in the abstract and title industry.  We are confident she will be able to help with all your real estate inquiries. Feleica joined McLeod County Abstract and Title in September of 2020.  She brings with her over 15 years of experience in the mortgage and title industry.  In her spare time Feleica enjoys attending her son’s football games, working with the elderly and spending time with her family.

Cathy is typically the voice greeting you receive when calling our office and the first face you see when you step in the door.  She is the assistant to the Abstracting department and makes sure that the office runs efficiently every day.   Cathy and her family have lived in Minnesota for fifteen years.  Along with her husband Don, they are raising two children in our beautiful community.  She loves watching the various sports that her children play throughout the year and also enjoys volunteering for community causes and events.  She is an avid reader and enjoys crafting and upcycling furniture when time allows. 

Corrine is one of the first faces you will see when visiting our office.  She joined our team this fall and assists with both abstracting and title inquiries.  Corrine brings with her 20 years in the banking industry.  She also has her real estate license.  Corrine and her husband keep active with their 5 children, ranging from 12 to 25 years old.  She is a proud grandmother to their 2-year-old granddaughter.  In her spare time Corrine enjoys camping with her family and friends and loves traveling with her husband.
